Agbulos has been the president and chairman of said socio-humanitarian organization since 1996, and got re-elected in 2006. This year, Agbulos was given an overwhelming support with fresh mandate to lead the Puericulture by the members and stakeholders.
It was during the administration of Agbulos that the ZPC has soared with numerous developmental program and expanded its hospital services, from a mere health center, then to a primary lying in center, and now as secondary hospital that offers elective and operative surgeries.
Agbulos introduced proactive programs in the medical services to whom the community has largely depended on the services and assistance Puericulture is offering. For many years now, Zamboanga Puericulture has been recognized nationally as the most active Puericulture in the Philippines .
Agbulos is also responsible for making the center efficient with new and modern equipment and the improvement of its emergency room.
Reelected board members are: Dr. Rolando Felisilda, Fidel Milan, Estrella Avila, Janet Rivera, Roberto Torres, Ibrahim Rugasan, Luis Vicente Despalo III, Nonito Aranas, Coleta Saavedra, and Erwin Bernardo.
